Dom Gullo, LL.B
Owner & Real Estate Consultant
Dom Gullo is the owner of DOMUS Investment Group Corp. and is a licensed real estate agent. His background in real estate and law gives him a sophisticated understanding of selling, purchasing and negotiating real estate in Canada. Further, he also works alongside Royal LePage YCR, one of the top brokerages in the Greater Toronto Area. Dom prides himself on being fully accessible to his clients at all times and leveraging the expertise of his team members to provide exceptional service.
Dom earned a BA. Honours in Law & Society from York University and his Law LL.B from the Law school at the University of Leicester in England. In 2019, he also received his Real Estate Council of Ontario (RECO) Certification.
Nicholas Ajram, JD, B.Comm
Real Estate Lawyer
As the real estate lawyer at our group, Nick provides rigorous oversight, guidance and advice on all legal matters related to real estate in order to successfully manage, review and close transactions. He offers ongoing legal support during the real estate transaction process, while working closely with clients to educate and simplify any complexities that may arise. Working in partisan with Torchwood Law, Nick specializes in Real Estate – Mortgage – Corporate / Commercial – Litigation – Wills, Estate & Power of Attorney law.
Nick graduated from Ted Rogers School of Management from Ryerson University in 2009 and went on to obtain his Juris Doctorate at Bond University Law School in 2013. Nick is also a member of the Law Society of Ontario.
Thomas Bremner, CRA, P.App
Appraiser & Commercial Consultant
Thomas brings over 30+ years of experience to the DOMUS team. Leading with integrity and accuracy, he has conducted appraisals for all property types across the GTA and Toronto. He brings significant value for clients requiring commercial or industrial property valuations. A natural-born leader, he is renowned for mentoring appraisers in Ontario, who have moved on to build their own firms. As the owner of Accurate (Peel) Appraisals Inc., Thomas has had great success in his career and been recognized for building high-performing commercial teams with lead AACI.
Thomas obtained a Bachelor of Economics from McGill University. He has a Canadian Residential Appraiser (CRA) designation and holds a RE Broker’s licence. He is also a Professional Appraiser (P.App) and long-standing member of the Appraisal Institute of Canada since 1998.
Dalia Ajram

Dalia's desire to make a difference was the driving force behind her becoming an Operating Room Nurse. Although she's enjoyed a successful six-year career in the role, her experience in investing in real estate sparked a new interest in the financial services sector. Being no stranger to high-pressure situations and having invested in herself through training courses, licensing and mentorship, Dalia is ready to take on new challenges as a Mortgage Agent. With a flexible schedule to accommodate her clients, she welcomes new clients and looks forward to helping them achieve their homeownership dreams.
